Business Week: MBA Full-Time Rating

In modern conditions when any business is integrated into global processes (regardless of where it is based), the role of IMBA specialists cannot be over-estimated. Choosing an MBA program, just ask yourself two questions: “What I want to study?” and “Where I want to Rotman MBA work?”

Well, finally after 3 years Business Week published a new MBA full-time ranking, which is considered one of the most respected ratings in the market of international business Rotman MBA requirements education.

Recall the last Business Week rating came out in 2008. Since then, a list showed significant changes only regarding international schools, while placement of American institutions has not changed.

Top 10 best business schools in the U.S.:

1. Chicago Booth (1)
2. Harvard Business School (2)
3. Wharton (4)
4. Northwestern Kellogg (3)
5. Stanford GSB (6)
6. Duke Fuqua (8)
7. Michigan Ross (5)
8. UC Berkeley Haas (10)
9. Columbia (7)
10. MIT Sloan (9)

As well as 2 years ago, Chicago Booth and Harvard Business School remains leaders of the rating, and Northwestern Kellogg and Wharton Schools are reversed. Columbia Business School descended from 6-th place to 9th, and its place is now occupied by Duke Fuqua, which was at the eighth position last time.

Note also INSEAD school, which took third place two years ago, became one of the leaders this year and replaced Queen’s school, which descended to the 2nd place moving down IE (2010 – 3 rd place).
